Return & Replacement Policy
At Awolez, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Replacement Eligibility
We provide a 7-day replacement policy only from the date of delivery.
Since our products are internationally imported (mainly from China), we currently do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, dislike of product, or incorrect expectations.
Replacement is applicable only in the following cases:
Product received damaged
Wrong item received
Missing items in package
Major manufacturing defects
Courier-related damage verified with proof
Products must be unused and returned in original packaging with all included accessories.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
A complete unboxing video is compulsory for any replacement claim.
The video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The shipping label
The full unboxing process without cuts
The issue clearly visible
Clear photos may also be requested for verification.
Claims without proper unboxing proof will be automatically rejected.
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:
Change of mind
Personal dislike after use
Minor color/design variations due to lighting or screen settings
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, drops, water exposure, or improper use
Normal wear and tear
Heavily used products
Missing original packaging/accessories
Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
Sale, clearance, or promotional items
Inspection & Approval
All claims are subject to inspection and verification by our support team.
Awolez reserves the right to reject claims that appear fraudulent, incomplete, abusive, or unsupported by valid proof.
Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided.
In rare cases where replacement is not possible due to stock issues or verified operational/courier errors from our side, the issue may be resolved through:
Replacement
Store credit
Partial or full refund at our discretion
